	He plays integral role in making the school function smoothly. He is involved in all academic aspects of the school

	He plays main role in maintaining high academic standards and to preserve the ethos of working environment of the branch
	He interacts with the parents regularly to know the various academic hurdles of the student
	He is a good counsellor who counsels and encourages the students towards reaching their goal and to overcome the stress
	The role of P.Sajid Khan in School is multifaceted, challenging and often demanding . He should ensure that there is harmony in school.
	He acts as a representative of the teaching faculty of his branch who advocates and puts forth the problems and point the views of teachers during the meeting with the superiors of the organization. He also serves as a bridge between the branch and the Central Office
	He tactfully implements the complete academic curriculum in the campus and also aligns the duties of the teachers with an expected standard of the superiors
	He is a responsible person for aspects of welfare and discipline of the school
